Interprint runs its own cap-manufacturing workshop, producing and printing caps and hats in-house from fabric sourcing through to a finished, branded product — suited to businesses that need custom caps as merchandise, uniforms, or promotional giveaways.
Our process
- Fabric quality control — every incoming fabric batch is checked for defects, even coloring, and correct stretch
- Design and sample development — our design team works with you using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and AutoCAD, then sends a sample for approval before mass production
- Cap production — cutting, sewing, and finishing on our production lines, carried out by experienced staff
- Printing — screen printing, heat-transfer printing, or computerized embroidery, chosen to match the design and fabric, with color-matching and finishing quality-controlled at every stage
